What’s Included in Your Suite Rental:
• Utilities: Cable TV, wireless high speed Internet and home phone with unlimited local calling.
• Appliances including: in suite washer & dryer, LCD flat panel TV, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher
• Tasteful furnishings & modern artwork
• Small appliances including hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. Other appliances available upon request (ie. rice cooker).
• A fully-equipped gourmet kitchen including: dinnerware, stemware, cutlery and cooking utensils including pots and pans.
• Kitchen consumables including paper towels, Kleenex, hand soap, dish detergent, dish washer detergent and laundry detergent are stocked for roughly 1 week’s supply. NOTE: For guests who are staying longer term, you will be responsible to replenish these items as needed.
• Plush pillow top mattresses with mattress pads, fresh linens and towels, blankets and pillows.
• Bathroom consumables including toilet paper, bath / shower gel enough for about 1 week.

• Easy self check-in procedure enabling guests to arrive and depart at their leisure – no waiting around for someone to check you in and out. NOTE: For guests who would like the personal attention, we’ll be happy to schedule a personal tour around the suite/building
